Deadlines and cancellation procedures:

• Registration cancellations received in writing at the Course Secretariat’s email address (congress@afeacongress.gr) by July 30, 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded after the Meeting, less 80€ administrative fee.
• Cancellationsreceived from July 31, 2026 onwards , will not be refunded.
